PMA competes and selects suppliers solely on the commercial merits of products and services—such as features, quality, price, and service. No gifts, entertainment, or other benefits may be given or accepted to secure business or influence purchasing decisions. All actions must comply with applicable laws, and these rules apply universally to all PMA employees.

As part of the healthcare industry, PMA employees must uphold the highest standards of integrity in all interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs). HCPs are obligated to act in the best interest of patients, and PMA associates must never:

• Interfere with an HCP’s independent medical judgment.
• Engage in conduct that could be seen as an improper inducement to use or recommend PMA products or services.
• Instruct or encourage third parties (dealers, distributors, consultants, etc.) to take actions that PMA itself is prohibited from taking.

PMA ensures all third parties understand that it will not support any activity violating this Policy or applicable laws.

The Policy aims to ensure full compliance with Pakistani regulations and relevant ethical codes governing interactions with HCPs. Employees must consult management whenever uncertain about compliance.

This Policy also incorporates voluntary ethical guidelines from medical associations as a baseline for permitted conduct.
