The SuperExtract 32 is designed as a high-tech product to extract the nucleic acid through magnetic beads method. It is characterized as high degree of automation, fast extraction speed, stable results and easy operation. By utilizing a 96 deep well plate, it is capable of simultaneously extract 1 to 32 samples. The SuperExtract 32 takes advantages of the magnetic rods located on magnetic rod frame which transfer the magnetic beads that adsorb the nucleic acid from one well to another, then through the movement of magnetic rods and mixing sleeves the instrument quickly and repeatedly stir the liquid, evenly mixing the liquid with the magnetic beads. Through the cell lysis, nucleic acid adsorption, washing and elution processes, the instrument will complete the extraction of nucleic acids and obtain highly purified nucleic acids.
